At Olive Ateliers, we curate unique, one-of-a-kind objects for the home and want you to be entirely satisfied with your acquisition. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Atelier Finds

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials to ensure these fragile, curated pieces are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned objects for quality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
