Standard furniture orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom or oversized atelier pieces may take 3-4 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. For international inquiries regarding specific decor items, please contact our concierge team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that large furniture pieces and 'Final Sale' vintage items are not eligible for return due to their unique nature.
